easter egg roundup!

I haven't dyed or decorated eggs since my childhood. Tim and I are hosting our family's Easter dinner this year, so I think it's finally appropriate to get my hands dirty with some glitter and dye! Thankfully, there is no shortage of inspiring Easter egg DIY's. Here are a few of my favorites...

1. Confetti Dipped Easter Eggs via Studio DIY
I love the mix of the light, airy pastels and chunky, textural confetti...

2. Gold Leaf Easter Eggs via Ambrosia Creative
The imperfect rose gold paired with the softer colors is a modern take on metallic marble...

3. Geometric Washi Tap Easter Eggs via Lovely Indeed
Easy, clever and not messy AT ALL. Scissors, washi tape, & patience are all you need. Well, and eggs...

4. Pantone Easter Eggs via How About Orange
As a designer, I can't NOT include these in the round-up...

5. Neon Dip-dyed Easter Eggs via Oh Joy!
The neon gradients are cheerful, graphic, and fresh...

6. Chic White & Gold Easter Eggs via Kristi Murphy
Glamorous, gold, metallic... what a fun combination, and unexpected for Easter...

What are your Easter egg traditions? Do you go the crazy, over-the-top route like the above examples or do you go the convenient route and buy the $5 PAAS kit from the drugstore? Either way, the tradition is so fun and I'm excited to get back into it this year.

Hoppy Friday! (...I had to!)
